laboratory has presented significant works at events such as the<em> International Conference Food Science Research and Innovation<\/em> (EFFoST), <em>the International Conference on Engineering and Food<\/em> (ICEF), the <em>Panhellenic Conference on Solid State Physics and Materials Science<\/em>, the <em>European Symposium on Food Safety<\/em>as well as at <em>IUFoST<\/em> and the <em>Hellenic
