Dimitra Fragkouli is a PhD candidate working on the topic "Technologies for Developing Innovative Foods with Low Energy, Water, and Raw Material Consumption" at the Laboratory of Process Design and Analysis, School of Chemical Engineering, National Technical University of Athens (2023-present). She graduated from the same department (2018-2023), where she completed a diploma thesis titled: "Study of Sustainability and Viability Interventions in the Dairy Industry through Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Nexus Analysis." Dimitra is also participating in the 14th LCA Food International Conference (08/09/2024-12/09/2024), presenting a poster titled “Environmental, Economic, and Social Impact of Contemporary Dairy Industry.”
Participation in research projects in which the Laboratory Process Analysis and Design is involved, aiming to perform Life Cycle Analysis.
