HECOF – Higher Education Classroom Of the Future
(Erasmus+ Programme, ERASMUS)
Objective: The Higher Education Classroom Of the Future (HECOF) initiative was implemented through a collaborative effort between academic and economic organizations, aiming to drive systemic changes in higher education teaching practices and national educational reforms. Its primary scope was to develop and test an innovative, personalized, and adaptive teaching approach that leverages digital data from students’ learning activities in digital environments, applying computational analysis techniques from data science and artificial intelligence.
Contribution of LPAD
The integration of best practices and new teaching and learning methods, which will be piloted through this project, into everyday educational activities. The results and lessons learned from this project contributed to the strategic planning of faculty professional development, aiming to address identified gaps in the knowledge and skills required for the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies.
